Asus Eee T101H convertible netbook is much like the T91 with a larger screen.
I still say that a convertible notebook or netbook has limited appeal. I can’t think of a time when I would want to write on a screen rather than typing with the keyboard. If you are taking notes or for some reason do lots of computer work while standing maybe a convertible notebook would be for you.
If you like the idea of a convertible netbook, some specs on the
Asus Eee T101H have turned up at
SlashGear. The rig is much like its smaller
T91 brother that I talked about back in May. The T101H has a larger 10.1-inch LED backlit screen and is powered by the Atom Z520 CPU running at 1.33GHz.

Storage for the convertible machine is to a 16GB SSD and Asus is thoughtful enough to include an additional 16GB of storage on an SDHC card. The resolution is what you expect for a 10.1-inch netbook at 1024 x 600. Asus crams 1GB of RAM inside and the machine supports up to 2GB. Power comes from a lithium-polymer unit promising up to 5.4 hours of run time.
Other features include 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS, and a digital TV tuner. A paltry 0.3-megapixel webcam is built-in and the rig is expected to hit stores in the UK in September. Pricing is unknown at this time, but I wouldn't expect it to be too far off from the £449 the T91 commands.
