Dell Froot concept uses hardware not quite ready for the big time
Dell Froot concept has some good ideas that might actually work in a few more years.
Over the years, I have played with all sorts of new and exciting technology and found much of it to be wanting. I remember trying to use the first keyboard projector device I got my hands on rather than a physical keyboard. Things didn’t go well. I also have used several pico projectors and they simply aren’t bright enough for practical use at this time.

Dell has lots of innovative designs in its arsenal like the
Vostro V13 that look good and perform well. The company is always looking for the next big thing and sponsored a design contest to see what designers could come up with. One of the entries was from a designer named Pauline Carlos and it is cool, even if impractical with today's hardware.
The device uses a projected keyboard rather than the real deal and has a built-in pico projector to throw your desktop screen on the wall. The concept would be made from a starch-based polymer for biodegradability and it is called the
Dell Froot. The thing is pretty cool for a concept and who knows, in a few years this sort of thing may be common.
