Who lives in a pineapple under the sea with a Dell Mini 10v?

Dell has been offering its line of Mini netbooks for a while now. In fact, we had the first Aussie review of the Mini 110 back in July. Dell has announced a couple new editions of its mini netbook that are aimed at kids.

The Dell Inspiron Mini Nickelodeon Edition has been unveiled sporting a green slime motif. Anyone who watched Nickolodeon as a kid or has kids that watch the network now knows that green slime is an integral part of the network. Additional designs based on other Nick programs are also available, with the most interesting being a SpongeBob Squarepants motif. Tweens might like the iCarly theme better though.

The designs are available via the Dell Design Studio. The netbook itself is the same 10.1-inch Mini 10v we are used to with a 10.1-inch screen and integrated Wi-Fi. The netbooks will all feature customized interfaces to go with the theme of the machine created for Dell by Stardock Systems. The interfaces will include wallpapers and icons to carry the theme over into the digital aspect of the netbook.

At the time of writing, the Mini 10v was not yet added to the Dell Design Studio page. There is no word on the price of the customized Nick netbooks, but the standard Mini 10V starts at $549.
