This may be a Mac-specific problem, but none of the Hiro-encoded episodes of Channel 9's content such as Underbelly or Ladette to Lady appear to play, crashing Quicktime Player on the Mac within ten seconds of opening.
I have now mailed Channel 9's customer disservice twice over the past three weeks, and also Hiro's Australian contact email address to no avail.
Content is NOT free, especially at over 700Mb per episode, and I find this lack of customer service competely unacceptable.
I'm assuming this is a Mac-specific issue, as I imagine there would be a lot more than the few random blog posts out there if this problem was more widespread.
Does anyone have comments on whether this has worked for them, or have I wasted several gigs of bandwidth pointlessly?

Hi BradZ, I have just tried this out and it does work for me...quality is crap though! I don't know whether its the way it was encoded or the HIRO codec is just junk.
So...no probs here mate.
