After abit of price and part reaserch i have come up with this build. But id like some constructive input on my build.

-Intel Core i7-920 / 2.66GHz / 8MB Cache / LGA1366 $405.00
-Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R Intel Mainboard - 4x DDR3 / 8x Sata Raid / Gigabit Lan / LGA 1366 $267.00
-Corsair DDR3 4GB PC-10600/1333 (2x XMS3 2GB) TW3X4G1333C9DHX Ram $125.40
-Gigabyte N275UD-896I GTX275, 896MB, DDR3, 448bit, PCIE2.0, DSUB, DVI, HDCP, TV-OUT, HDMI,$296.00
-Noctua NH-U12P SE 1366 Performance CPU Cooler - Special Edition for Intel Core i7 $95.70
-Antec Two Hundred - Black ATX Tower Case (No PSU) $80.00
-Western Digital Caviar Green Power 1TB 7200RPM 32MB SATA 3Gbs $117.00
-Samsung 20" 2033SW BLACK LCD - 5MS / WSXGA 1600x900 / D-SUB / DVI $199.00
-LG GH22NS30 SATA DVD Re-Writer (22x - Black) $55.00
-Antec EarthWatts 650W ATX Power Supply $149.00

Total $1,789.10

Parts price in melbourne is pretty good at the moment. The only things in not sure on is the case, which seems pretty good from its space listing and the power supply if it is enough for the system to work.

not too bad.

though with an i7 build i do not know why you went with a motherbaord that allows tri channel
but only with 3 chips, rather then for 100 more get a motherboard that handles tri channell with 6 chips.

Also, you seem to be getting a decent graphics card, but not a moniter that would best suit it.

Something that goes aboe wide screen 1600 900, at least 1600 * 1200.

Other then that not too bad.

It seems like you have put a lot of thought into your parts and looked around for the best prices so these suggestions will probably go un-regarded.

Xigmatek Dark Knight CPU Coolerlink
Louder, cheaper and good performance compared to the Noctua

DFI LanParty JR MoBo

Supports SLI and Crossfire rather than just Crossfire and has more RAM slots for more upgrade options down the track.

Your computer, your call, just thought I'd throw in some other suggestions in case your interested. No matter what sounds like it'll be a really nice rig.
