g'day all - recently, when I move a section of a picture onto a blank canvas, it pastes as B&W. Where did the colour go? What did I do? And what do I do now? I'm using Elements 3.

Hi Jay,
I'm not sure if this works on Elements, because I'm a Photoshop Full user, but try going into the Image menu, hovering over 'Mode' and then click RGB. Hopefully it's the same for Elements as it is for Ps CS4, but if the menu option exists, B&W will be a thing of the past unless you want it back. In this case change to mode to Grayscale.
