Hey All, jsut bought a new pc and was wondering if you could take a look and see if i bought something decent.
I would like to be able to play skyrim / bf3 single player on my 22". The tech i talked to at the store said i should be able to run both those games with this machine.
CPU: Intel i5-2500K Processor 6M Cache, 3.30 GHz Motherboard: Z68-Pro3Gen3 HDD: Seagate SATA3 1000G RAM: 8G Single 1333 G.Skills GFX: 2G 6970 GB ASUS CASE: CoolerMaster HAF 912 Advanced PSU: Seasonic S12-II 80+ 520 Optical Drive: SATA Liteon DVD Burner

The only thing I don't like is you PSU doesn't comply with your GPU. The minimum specs for your GPU is a 650W Power Supply, that coupled with the fact you have a "no name brand" power supply worries me a little, but I can see no other issues for you to be concerned with. ;) (but I am drunk and may have missed something... My cat died). :(

ACtually Seasonic's a pretty good brand, (and i'm pretty sure that most of the low/mid range Corsair PSU's are actualy Seasonics), and i'm sure it will run the system, but rogue's right, it is a little under powered for my liking. would have run a 700 at least.
BUT if it's being built, they'll contact u if it's underpwered, (basically, it wont post or will appear unstable).
MAYBE it's worth calling up and talking about upgrading. will save you $$$ in the long run
