I am currently trying out Chrome. It seems faster than the others and I like the way it handles favourites. However, I would like to know about its security. Is it as good or better than Firefox? Or IE9 for that matter? I believe it is more snoopy than the others so I haven't signed in to Google Chrome. I don't know if this makes any difference or not. It may be wishful thinking on my part.
Any ideas? Cheers

In terms of security, nearly all browsers are the same (Its up to your security software to protect you from threats, not your browser). The sign-in feature allows you to sync your bookmarks and themes from one computer to another. I take advantage of it, since it allows me to keep my bookmarks with me when I jump from my main computer to my laptop. Google (apparently) doesn't have access to your bookmarks etc, due to the information being encrypted. I believe it would be a breach of privacy laws if they were to access it, so I wouldn't worry about it. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. -TheHawx

surfin the web's only as secure as your AV software really
Personally, i have all 3 installed on my laptop, and i still use IE9 most of the time, with chrome a close second, and Firefox a distant third, (i'd uninstall it if i didn't need it for development, hate it)
it'll come down to personal prefernce... though if you just dont wanna use IE, get chrome.
