VOIP - Who is the most reliable?

We've been using MynetFone for a few years and have been very happy with the service. Very stable with our ADSL2+ (even worked OK when we were "shaped" to 64K). No need to dial "02" or whatever; we dial exactly the same as we would on a landline.

If you do go with them, use their "Whirlpool" members page, as they have better deals that can't be accessed from their main page:
https://www.mynetfone.com.au/whirlpool

For light users the "Whirlpool Saver" plan is great:
https://www.mynetfone.com.au/whirlpool/VoIP/Plans/WhirlpoolSaver-Plan

We use their "NeoSaver" plan, which gives 60 untimed global calls per month for $4.95:
