Lenovo updates notebooks with faster CPUs and graphics.

The last time that we heard from Lenovo, it was with the introduction of the IdeaPad S12 in late November. Over the weekend, Lenovo unveiled a slew of updated notebooks that aren’t new, but are getting some updated hardware. The updated machines are the ThinkPad T410s, T410, T510, and W510 notebooks with Intel dual-core CPUs and Core i5/i7 CPUs.

The T410s gets the Core i5-520M or Core i5-540M CPUs crammed inside its 14-inch chassis. The machine can also be fitted with a HDD or SSD, up to 8GB of RAM, and Bluetooth. The W510 is a 15.6-inch machine that can now be fitted with a quad-core Core i7-720QM processor, Core i7-820Q, or the mighty Core 2 Extreme-920XM CPU. The notebook can also be fitted with the NVIDIA Quadro FX 880M GPU.

The notebooks also all get larger multi-touch touch pads and revamped keyboards. All of the machines also run the Windows 7 operating system. The rigs range in price from $1,531 for the T410s to $1,093 for the T401, and $1,750 for the W510.
