Kevin Rudd speaks at a Press Club lunch. The caterers will cut back or their order for digestives.

18 failed broadband plans? Which ones were those? The ONLY Howard-era broadband plan I remember is the one Ruddco scrapped as it was about to start!

And if they really did have 18 failed plans, that's about 17 more than Rudd have tried... With the same level of result!

So ignoring his topic choices, did he say anything anyone didn't already know? Or did he use his usual ability to simply repeat the questions in sentence form?

Quoting Tin:
Or did he use his usual ability to simply repeat the questions in sentence form?

Just more of the verbal diatribe and concentration on those opposite. All the talk of failure and he never made mention of grocery watch, fuel watch, schools funding rorts, home insulation bungles, failed solar schemes, universal world rejection of his carbon tax.

Next time can we have something more entertaining like say "Watch Kevin Rudd being pasted with wet tennis balls" or "Watch Kevin Rudd alone in the Big Brother house with his own speeches played back to him 24/7" or even "Watch Kevin Rudd face of in a duel with Stephen Conroy". The last option even offering a not inconsiderable economic benefit to the community.
