Mouse bling reaches new heights

COMPUTEX | Asus may have introduced us to stylish, leather-clad laptops and mice, but Gigabyte has outdone its fierce rivals with its new bling mouse.

Targeted at idiots with way too much money those who believe that pointing peripherals reflect one’s personality, the new “Addict to Luxury” range’s “Elegant Vogue Wireless Mouse” with “CRYSTALLIZED(TM) Swarovski Elements” (aka the GM-M7800S), is surely what the world’s been waiting for.

Not only does it offer a tilt wheel, laser precision, nano receiver and ergonomic design, the wheel and contacts are 18 carat gold plate for the ultimate in, low-impedance mouse movement signal transmission bling.

Excuse the Mr Blurrycam pic -- this was shot in low light through thick perspex.

Only someone who is 'into' S&M would enjoy using a mouse that ugly! :-)

I'm waiting for the design that crawls back to a designated spot on my desk, away from the piles of paper & files where it has been submerged!
But why not? A girly bling one with fake diamonds, in pink - an ideal gift for that lady accountant?

Wouldn't that be uncomfortable? Using the mouse that is, not talking to a lady ;-)

Have you ever seen any woman worry about discomfort when it comes to looking fashionable! I mean, 3" heels, tight skirts? Bring on the bling!

Oh right... I forget about that sort of thing... They don't do that so much out in the country, which is fine by me because they also don't complain about it ;-)
