The Intel Core i7-2630QM (2GHz) processor smashes through intensive programs with ease, and it can assign each of its four cores two tasks by using Hyper-Threading Technology. Considering that the AS7750G has 4GB of RAM you’ve got strong multi-tasking performance to draw on.
In addition there’s some quality gaming to be had thanks to the AMD Radeon HD 6650M dedicated graphics card. It’s enough to run newer games like StarCraft 2 at high settings on the 17.3in screen, a fine performance for such an affordable notebook. At 3.3kg, portability isn’t the AS7750G’s strong suit, but with such a large screen it’d be surprising if it was.
