For $329 at Bing Lee, the 10.1in ASUS R051PX-BLK018S is an affordably priced netbook containing the capable Intel Atom N570 processor. By netbook standards it’s a powerful CPU, and given that the netbook costs less than alternatives with lesser processors it’s a bargain. Another nice touch is that the ASUS weighs only 1.1kg, making it one of the lightest currently going. This deal ends on Sunday though, so be quick if you're interested!

The ASUS has Windows 7 Starter, which together with the Intel Atom N570 and 1GB of RAM is enough to deliver a basic computing experience. Productivity applications are definitely well within reach as well, but the onboard graphics allow for only very casual gaming.

There’s also a 250GB hard disk drive and a 10.1in (1,024x600 resolution), so there’s been no compromises made with the specs. While the netbook is very light, the 36.4mm thickness is much more average.

ASUS invented the netbook and knows what it's doing with these machines, so when a good deal comes along on an ASUS, it's definitely worth considering.
