For $329 the 10.1in Samsung NC110-A07 is a powerful netbook for a very low price. The combination of an Intel Atom N570 processor and 1GB of RAM make it well suited to basic productivity applications while its excellent portability makes it an attractive alternative for those who consider low-end basic notebooks too heavy to tote around.
The 10.1in (1,024x600 resolution) screen is very small by comparison, with say, a 15.6in notebook screen, but it's enough to get basic stuff done when you are on the go. It's fine for word processing, doing your email and viewing some websites but you wouldn't want to be editing images with Photoshop on it. Windows 7 Starter runs acceptably fast on this machine, so even though the NC110 is a low-end computer, certainly performs well overall.
Another major tick in the NC110’s favour is the 1.18kg weight, which is below average even by the svelte standards of netbooks. Combined with the low price tag the NC110 is a really compelling option for the discerning netbook buyer.
