Do these Samsung Tab accessories look at all familar?

We can't verify the legitimacy of this image but oled-display.net claims to have screenshot these from a website associated with the droolworthy Samsung Tab product release today.

Let's take another, closer-up look.

Apart from the fugly HDMI adaptor on the bottom left, they ll look awfully familiar to Apple's iPad accessories.

What do you reckon -- will Samsung get away with it? Or are its accessories different enough to keep it in the clear?

They're no more similar to the iPad accessories than the iPad accessories are to a heap of Apple competitors.

Completely different. Cannot make a keyboard very different from another keyboard. Cannot make a touch device look very different from another touch device.
Should every pc company sue each other for having a product which looks similar???????

Should Palm sue for the Palm Vx keyboard?

It looks awfully like both keyboard cradles

There's only so many designs you can make a keyboard. Otherwise it doesn't work very well.
Headphones have been around since well before the iP?d.... Sony was including them the Walkman in the 80's.
A cable is a cable. Only the plugs vary. Apple don't have a patent on plugs that are about 2cm wide, I don't think.

If anyone should sue anyone over these products, Apple should be sued by anyone who previously marketed similar devices prior to the iPod being released.

That stand that can be used two ways appears to be just a right angled triangle. I don't see how apple can hold a patent for that. I believe Pythagoras may already own that one.

Has anyone put that Samsung dock connector up aginst Apple's?
I seem to remember Apple's lawyers being very active re the doc connector, the plug you can license, NOT the socket
