Samsung's "Shark" notebook packs a curious design

Samsung is trying something different with its curvy new notebook designed on the lines of a shark's body. Like it? We're not sure.

The "Shark" notebooks may not suit everyone's design sense but they certainly have a very unique design. The curvy sides look like the screen itself curves -- however, this is a nifty visual illusion created by wings on the side of the notebook.

This rather unique style is available in two 15.6" models and one 13.3" model. The low-end 15.6" and 13.3" notebooks cost the same -- $1299 and sport the Intel Core i3 370M CPU at 2.4GHz -- a chip that's in the lower end of Intel's current range, but still faster than any of the previous Core 2 Duos, which means it's still very fast.

The SF series has a big, flat lithium polymer battery that's not user-replaceable, but does offer MacBook Pro-like battery life of seven hours of run-time.

Going by the specs posted why didnt they make the 13 inch model cheaper? Does it have something missing from the 15 inch?
