Super Talent claims that the RAIDDrive SSD supports sequential read speeds of up to 1.4GB/sec and sequential write speeds of up to 1.2GB/sec. The SSD has 1GB of DRAM cache to speed operations. The highest capacity RAIDDrive that is currently available has 2TB of storage inside.Super Talent will offer three different models in the line with the ES for enterprise servicer with capacities up to 1TB configured in RAID 0 or RAID 5. The WS model is for workstation users and has 1TB of storage in RAID 0 or RAID 5. The GS model is for gamers and enthusiasts and can be had in up to 2TB capacity in RAID 0 or RAID 5.
