Telstra has released its pricing for the iPhone 4 and the new entry-level iPhone 3GS 8GB with both phones available on three plans ranging from $49/month to $99 per month.
$49 per month gets you 200MB of data and $400 worth of talk and text. The iPhone 3GS 8GB is available at zero upfront on this plan when you ink a 24 month contract; the iPhone 4 16GB will cost $149 upfront and the 32GB model $299 upfront.
$79 per month sees the iPhone 4 16GB become a ‘freebie’ along with an increased data allowance of 500MB plus $750 of talk and text; you’ll still need to cough up an extra $199 for the iPhone 4 32GB however.
If you’re good for $99 per month then any of the three new iPhones is yours for the picking – but while you get $750 of talk and text the monthly data allowance remains pegged at the same 500MB limit.
Telstra will open 25 stores in selected locations in all states and territories (barring the NT) from midnight this Friday – the full set is listed below or you can download a PDF listing from here.
